Responsibilities

• Directly supervises 2+ full-time employees including assistants and representatives.
• Recruits, hires and trains employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Manages store cleanliness, stocking, organization and company standards.
• Schedules staff to maximize customer service and store image.
• Maintains professional image and supports safety and training programs.
• Develops relationships with suppliers and resolves customer complaints promptly.
• Trains employees on safety procedures and cash handling to reduce risk.
• Ensures timely communication and reporting to Market Manager.
