Job summary

Williams Oil Company in Sayre, PA is seeking a Store Manager to lead a TEAM and oversee daily store operations in a fast and fun environment, delivering excellent guest service. You’ll coach staff, recruit and train team members, monitor performance, and keep the store clean and well organized.

Two years of retail supervisory experience and a valid driver’s license are preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Outlook is required. We offer comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

• Two years’ experience in the retail industry and two years supervisory experience preferred.
