Job summary

Circle K in Carmel, Indiana seeks a full-time team member to support store operations, customer service and food service duties. Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• 6 months to 1 year of retail store or food service work experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of basic business and customer service principles.
• Ability to communicate information clearly and handle routine problems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure deliveries are accurate, stocked, displayed and priced correctly.
• Prepare and display merchandise; rotate items; monitor quality and freshness.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service and greet shoppers.
• Assist with training new associates and monitor inventory to prevent stockouts.
• Maintain food prep areas, cleanliness and equipment safety; follow safety guidelines.
