Circle K’s Akron store is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and uphold customer service standards in line with company policy.

The role requires recruiting, training, scheduling, and analyzing sales and expenses, while ensuring accurate reporting, inventory control and cash handling. This position emphasizes teamwork, communication and maintaining a positive store image.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Experience to perform the essential duties and responsibilities.
• Ability to supervise and train for CSR/ASM job description.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
• Ability to use computer for reports, inventory, cash control, etc.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to/from meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep site clean, stocked, and well-kept.
• Maintain professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service per guidelines.
