Qualifications

• Must be willing to work 40+ hours per week.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to perform, train and supervise all roles as needed.
• Ability to handle fast-paced, high-stress environments in-store.
• Willing to work extra hours in emergencies.
• Organize and set priorities with minimal supervision.
• Willing to coach and manage employees on store operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all in-store operations including staffing, food safety, inventory, merchandising, cost tracking, equipment maintenance, cash handling and brand compliance.
• Lead by example following company directives, engage rewards programs and grow customer loyalty.
• Ensure the store is orderly, employees perform duties efficiently, and areas are clean and prepared.
• Motivate and coach the team, uphold integrity, and implement systems and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with peers, team members, and owners to maintain a positive workplace atmosphere.
• Create a productive, fun, energetic environment that helps staff reach their potential.
