Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Store Manager for the Waycross, GA location to lead daily operations and supervise staff, ensuring the store is clean, well-stocked, and aligned with company standards.

You will recruit, train, schedule, manage inventory and cash control, analyze sales, and drive exceptional customer service while maintaining safety and compliance. This role is on-site at Circle K's Waycross store.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff per CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to/from bank/meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train positive, enthusiastic employees for exceptional customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean and well stocked per standards.
• Maintain professional image among staff and management; provide leadership.
• Schedule employees within guidelines to maximize service and site image.
• Implement non-discriminatory management in hiring, training and counseling.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Train employees on safety procedures and company standards.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits; manage margins and cash controls.
• Ensure reports and posters are up to date; safeguard money and conduct financial analyses.
