Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service/retail sales experience.
• 1 year of sales management experience.
• Operational, financial and performance management experience.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the store team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Oversee all store operations with emphasis on meeting budget, controlling expenses, growing sales and managing inventory.
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by enforcing safety, security rules and company policies.
• Keep the store looking its best and presentable at all times.
