Qualifications

• Must have at least one: Bachelor’s Degree; 1 year of continuous store/retail management experience; 2 years of continuous Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor experience.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop your team to grow with us; coach and mentor to success and development.
• Maintain proactive operational excellence to manage expenses, drive sales, promotions, inventory and scheduling.
• Support rollouts of company initiatives and achieve store and district goals.
• Provide best-in-class customer service to customers.
• Stock, clean, operate the cash register, and perform other duties as needed.
