Job summary

This role requires open availability, a valid driver’s license, and at least one of: a Bachelor’s degree or 1 year of retail management or 2 years as an assistant manager. Pay range listed: $43,757 - $54,696.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1 year of retail management experience
• 2 years of Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Open availability

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop the team to grow with us, acting as coach and mentor
• Maintain operational excellence to manage expenses, drive sales and promotions, manage orders and inventory, schedule shifts
• Support rollouts of company initiatives and reaching store and district goals
• Demonstrate best-in-class customer service when assisting customers
• Stock, clean, operate the register and perform other duties as needed
