Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising practices.
• Ability to solve problems and manage diverse situations.
• Bilingual Spanish speakers may be preferred at certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees and staff the store.
• Provide proper training, conduct performance evaluations, and address gaps.
• Open and close the store regularly and ensure proper staffing.
• Evaluate operating statements to identify trends and opportunities.
• Review ordering plans to meet in-stock targets and manage inventory.
• Ensure merchandise is presented according to standards and pricing signage.
• Maintain accurate inventory and cashier accountability; adhere to security practices.
• Provide superior customer service leadership and maintain a clean, safe store.
