• Provide training and conduct performance evaluations; address gaps as needed.
• Communicate performance, conduct and safety expectations regularly; coordinate meetings.
• Open and close the store as required, ensuring proper staffing.
• Evaluate operating statements for sales trends, profitability and shrink.
• Review ordering plans and inventory management weekly to meet in-stock targets.
• Ensure merchandise is presented correctly with proper pricing and signage.
• Maintain accurate inventory controls and cashier accountability.
