Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail management recommended.
• Strong cash handling and financial integrity knowledge.
• Familiarity with inventory management and merchandising practices.
• Knowledge of safety, loss prevention, and cash controls.
• Proven communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all store employees and store processes including ordering, receiving, stocking, presenting, selling, staffing and support.
• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees; ensure proper staffing and training; conduct performance evaluations.
• Make recommendations on pay rate and advancement; enforce company policies and safety expectations.
• Open/close the store as required; ensure smooth daily operations and security.
• Monitor operating statements, sales, profitability, and inventory accuracy; identify trends.
• Ensure stock levels meet targets; review ordering plans and cycle counts.
