Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• 3–5 years of management experience.
• Experience in scheduling, merchandising, budgeting and expense control preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, coaching and development to store team members.
• Ensures store operates per company standards to maximize sales and a world-class shopping experience.
• Recruits motivated team members using established processes and resources.
• Trains, mentors and coaches team members for current and future roles.
• Maintains a clean, safe and compliant work environment with daily execution of Food Safety, Health & Safety policies.
