SNIPES Head Manager role in Santa Clarita, CA, is a full-time hourly position with a salary range of $25.78 to $28.99 per hour. The Head Manager oversees store operations, staff and payroll budgets to meet company goals while maintaining customer satisfaction.

We seek a seasoned retail leader with strong communication, coaching ability, and hands-on leadership. The role involves scheduling, merchandising, and driving sales, with opportunities to mentor a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 2+ years of previous experience as a retail manager.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; College degree a plus but not required.
• Able to respond to store alarm problems and lift 15-30 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Communicate store goals and directives to maximize team contributions toward the sales plan.
• Complete schedules, tasks, visual merchandising and follow processes within timelines.
• Ensure payroll budget is met without compromising customer expectations.
• Partner with District Manager/HR on associate relations issues as needed.
• Participate in store meetings to share best practices and develop solutions.
• Lead a strong team and provide feedback to drive sales and profits.
