Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager to oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store in Roseburg, OR. You will hire, lead and develop staff to meet financial targets while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

The role includes an 8+ week leadership training program and opportunities for growth within the Panda team. Full-time position with competitive benefits and training support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single Panda store and drive success.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide leadership training and development to store team; participate in the leadership program.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and store performance.
