Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree or "one year of continuous store or retail management experience" or "two years of continuous Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor experience" are required options.

Responsabilidades

• Hiring, training and developing your team to grow with us; coach and mentor your team toward success and development.
• Maintaining a proactive operational excellence mindset to manage expenses, drive sales growth and promotional activities, manage orders and inventory, schedule shifts, conduct surveys, and exceed metrics.
• Supporting rollouts of company initiatives and reaching store-level and district goals.
• Demonstrating best-in-class customer service when assisting customers.
• Stocking, cleaning, operating the cash register, and other duties as needed.
