Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a Store Manager to lead associates, assist customers, and drive store sales. You will oversee all daily operations, train staff, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

This role requires top-notch communication, a focus on results, and retail management experience. You will protect assets, engage with the community, and implement direction from headquarters.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. (55 lbs. occasionally) from floor level to above shoulder height.
• Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.

• Manage and oversee all aspects of business operations to maximize sales and profitability
• Oversee and delegate all store activities to ensure smooth daily operations
• Lead, train, and develop store associates to foster a culture of growth
