Qualifications

• Two years of coating and management experience as a Rodda-Miller Paint or coating related industry employee.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day retail operations and activities of the Store.
• Develop and execute the store business plan, budgeting, and operating statements; manage P&L, sales, expenses, and inventory to budget.
• Store Audit Proficiency and Execution: the road map to achieving Operational Excellence.
• Keep inventory secure and protect company assets; manage inventory and cash handling.
• Maintain store appearance, organize products, and execute promotions; ensure staffing and scheduling meet service levels.
• Continue leadership development and training; recruit and hire following policy.
