Signet Jewelers is seeking a Store Manager to lead store performance, focusing on sales, profits, and customer satisfaction. You’ll train and develop the team, manage daily operations, and ensure adherence to company policies to drive results.

The role includes recruiting, evaluating staff, and maintaining an exceptional in-store experience while promoting from within and growing the business with Banter by Piercing Pagoda brands.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail management experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily focus on achieving sales and profit projections and customer satisfaction.
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation.
• Recruitment and selection of team members; manage P&L and enforce company policies.
