Signet Jewelers Limited, parent of Banter by Piercing Pagoda, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in achieving sales and service goals while upholding brand standards.

You will coach and develop the team, ensure exceptional customer experiences, manage daily operations, and assist with recruiting and training to build a high-performing store.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience required (jeweler or specialty retailer preferred).
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on standards to attain sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction.
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation.
• Recruiting and selection of team members.
• Follow and enforce all Company policies and procedures; perform other operational duties.
