Job summary

Family Dollar in Morrow, OH is seeking a Store Manager to lead associates, assist customers, and drive store sales. You will oversee operations, train staff, and uphold company standards to deliver a positive shopping experience.

This role requires strong communication, the ability to motivate a team, and the capacity to lift up to 40 lbs. The position offers full-time hours with opportunities to engage with the community and support health and wellness benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members is required.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Retail management experience is preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height is required.
• Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
