You will oversee staffing, training, inventory, and daily store operations, driving profitability while upholding Skechers brand values. Strong leadership and communication are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Prior retail or hospitality leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in written, verbal, and interpersonal forms.
• Sales skills and a proven ability to meet retail targets.
• Visual merchandising experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop your team to drive sales, enhance customer service, and foster growth.
• Visual merchandising: ensure top-tier product presentation and store layout for optimal shopper experience.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain Skechers store employees to meet company goals.
• Oversee inventory management, scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and day-to-day operations.
• Drive revenue growth through sales management strategies and establish performance expectations.
• Use strong problem-solving skills to resolve in-store issues and ensure a smooth customer experience.
