Jockey is seeking a dynamic Store Manager at our Philadelphia Premium Outlets location in Pottstown, PA. You will provide leadership and direction to the assigned store, focusing on sales performance, staffing, and customer service.

You will drive daily operations, recruit and train associates, manage schedules and budgeting, and work with mall management to maximize events and traffic. This role emphasizes coaching, coaching, and developing talent in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of proven retail leadership experience.
• Strong selling experience with the proven ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in attracting, developing and retaining strong talent.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Flexibility with the ability to work opening/closing shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Strong working knowledge of POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate leadership reflecting Jockey’s core values and culture.
• Oversee daily operations including scheduling, budgeting, and sales performance.
• Ensure adherence to operational standards including visuals, inventory control, security, HR, and policy compliance.
• Lead, coach and mentor selling standards and accountability.
• Execute marketing, sales, service and financial strategies.
• Review KPIs with team to identify opportunities and development.
