You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, oversee inventory and visual merchandising, and partner with other departments to deliver exceptional service. The role requires flexibility for non-traditional hours, physical stamina to be on the floor, and a passion for hospitality that aligns with our heritage.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a retail or hospitality service environment.
• Proficiency with technology tools (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, POS systems, and handheld/laptop devices).
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours (days, nights, weekends, holidays).
• Physical ability to walk the sales floor for extended periods, climb ladders, and lift/carry up to 25 pounds.
