Job summary

Signet Jewelers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in achieving daily standards and sales/profit goals. You will help create a customer-focused environment, develop team members through training, and participate in recruiting and scheduling to ensure smooth store operations.

You will uphold company policies, drive in-store initiatives, and promote an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Retail experience required, preferably in jewelry or specialty retail.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and basic computer software/hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on standards to attain sales and profit projections.
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation; recruit and select staff.
• Follow and enforce all Company policies and procedures and perform other operational duties.
