Signet Jewelers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will help train staff, maintain store standards, and recruit team members to build a strong, service-oriented team.

This role requires flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends, with opportunities for advancement within a company known for promoting from within.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction.
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation.
• Recruit and select team members.
