Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience is required.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, and basic computer literacy.
• Ability to interpret a variety of written, oral, diagram, and schedule instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on standards to meet sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction and strong team performance.
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation; recruit and select staff.
