This is a full-time, on-site position in Dallas, TX. Qualified candidates will have at least a high school diploma, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Retail Management, and 3 years of retail management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to motivate a team.
• Proficiency in retail software and POS systems.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking.
• Ensure that all sales targets are met and exceeded through effective team leadership.
