Goodwill in Owasso, OK is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead daily store operations, including sales floor activities, inventory control, merchandising, budgeting and reporting. The ideal candidate has at least five years of retail management experience, strong customer service skills, excellent interpersonal abilities and a track record of achieving sales goals.

This full-time salaried role requires a valid driver’s license, durable vehicle, and the ability to work a full scope of hours

Qualifications

• Five years of management-level experience in retail sales.
• Experience interviewing/hiring for entry-level positions.
• Strong customer service and merchandising skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsabilités

• Manage the store's sales, profit, and marketing plan.
• Oversee merchandising, displays, and space allocation.
• Hire, train, supervise, evaluate staff and conduct monthly meetings.
• Ensure customer service excellence and safety standards.
• Oversee inventory, loss prevention and reporting.
• Open/close the store and manage cash handling.
