Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and develop store personnel.
• Recruit, supervise, schedule, train, and develop staff.
• Oversee store operations and the commercial department in the absence of the Commercial Sales Manager.
• Motivate employees to excel in their roles and enhance productivity.
• Drive WOW! Customer Service and merchandising excellence.
• Monitor cash flow, inventory, and security to optimize profitability.
• Analyze and reconcile Profit & Loss statements to track store performance.
