Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and develop the team to deliver WOW! customer service.
• Recruit, supervise, schedule, train, and develop store personnel and supervise in absence of manager.
• Safely manage opening/closing procedures and PPE/compliance.
• Drive sales, monitor profitability, and maintain merchandising excellence.
• Support risk and safety management, inventory control, and cash handling.
• Analyze profitability and store performance, provide feedback and evaluations.
