Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, training, and development of a high-performing team.

• Maintain cash handling procedures and conduct audits.
• Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and maintenance.
• Oversee inventory to minimize waste and keep stock levels.
• Support marketing initiatives and local store engagement.
• Collaborate with District Manager and Corporate Office on employee relations.
