Qualifications

• Experience in retail management and compliance with hiring laws preferred.
• Bilingual skills may be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate staff to maintain staffing levels and performance standards.
• Lead store opening and closing procedures, ensuring safety and security protocols are followed.
• Analyze operating statements to identify sales trends, control expenses, and prevent shrinkage.
• Manage inventory through ordering, stocking, and cycle counts to meet in-stock targets.
• Ensure merchandise presentation aligns with company standards, including signage and pricing.
• Maintain accurate cash handling, cashier accountability, and store security practices.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a clean, safe shopping environment.
• Adhere to company policies, safety procedures, and complete required documentation.
