Job summary

Panda Express in Pflugerville, TX is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single store's operations, drive financial goals, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will hire, manage, and develop associates, and oversee daily store performance.

We provide an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program and opportunities for growth within our Panda community, with relocation assistance within a 50-mile radius if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide and participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program.
