Responsibilities

• Own store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead and inspire a 8–15 person team across shifts.
• Be the coverage lead, with days, evenings, overnights, weekends.
• Run registers, stock shelves, upsell, clean facilities, and fuel pumps.
• Coach staff to deliver excellent service and upsell items.
• Recruit, hire, and train teammates for growth.
• Manage inventory, orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Handle banking and deposits; maintain license, transportation, and insurance.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
• Control expenses and labor hours while meeting sales goals.
• Execute programs and marketing initiatives.
• Cross-train and assist deli or QSR operations when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
