Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles.
• Available for opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• In charge of operation of a single store, including hiring, coaching and directing associates to reach financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead staff and ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
• Drive guest experiences and operational excellence daily.
