You will hire, coach, and direct associates to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, coaching and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and support the store team to ensure a smooth, efficient customer experience and high standards.
• Participate in an 8+ week leadership training program to prepare for store management responsibilities.
