Job summary

Savers is opening a new store in Lodi, NJ early 2027 and is seeking a Store Manager to lead the team, drive sales and donations, and ensure operational excellence. The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen and a hands-on management style for a fast-paced thrift retail environment.

The Store Manager will mentor staff, manage schedules, and collaborate with the district team to hit growth targets while delivering outstanding donor and customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High School diploma: post-Secondary degree/diploma preferred.
• 3+ years results-driven retail store management, or industrial management experience.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall store management and direction in line with Savers policies and laws.
• Meet or exceed store sales, donations, expenses and profit targets.
• Lead, coach and develop the store management team and front-line staff.
