Job summary

Savers | Value Village is opening a new store in Lodi, NJ in early 2027 and is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the launch and ongoing operations. The role oversees sales, donations, staffing, training, and customer and donor service while aligning with Savers’ values and policies.

The Store Manager will drive performance, manage the leadership team, and ensure a premier shopping and donation experience, with onboarding and robust internal training support provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years results-driven retail store management experience.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall store management and team direction per policies and laws.
• Meet or exceed sales, donations and profit targets.
• Lead, coach and develop management and frontline teams.
• Plan staffing, recruitment and training to ensure optimal store performance.
• Ensure loss prevention and safety standards across the store.
