Savers, Inc. in Union, NJ is opening a new store in Lodi and seeks a Store Manager to lead the team, drive sales, and ensure operational excellence from day one.

You will oversee store performance, staffing, training, and donor collaborations, while upholding Savers’ policies and values. The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a hands-on approach to developing a high-performing retail team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of results-driven retail store management experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Ability to analyze sales metrics and drive performance.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall management and direction of the store and team in accordance with Savers’ policies and applicable laws.
• Ensure store performance meets targets in sales, profit, and productivity.
• Lead, direct, and supervise the work of the management team and through them to entire team.
• Oversee staffing, training, and development of team members at all levels.
• Execute community donation center (CDC) operations and donor engagement initiatives.
• Deliver a positive customer and donor experience and resolve issues.
• Maintain loss prevention and safety standards across the store.
