Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with proven leadership ability.
• Ability to mentor, coach and develop store teams to achieve results.

Responsibilities

• Direct management and oversight of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates.
• Ensure policy adherence, standards, and initiatives across the store.
• Coordinate merchandise placement, promotions and pricing with Merchandising.
• Oversee receiving, transfers, RTVs, and inventory accuracy with Operations.
• Act as Manager on Duty; lead by example and uphold Burlington SOPs.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales and the store budget; review reports.
• Recruit, screen, and hire associates; onboarding and coaching.
• Handle personnel relations, scheduling, and workforce management.
