Burlington Stores is seeking a Store Manager to lead a multi‑million‑dollar store operation and deliver a world‑class shopping experience with our values of trust, respect and integrity. You will mentor and coach associates, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service across all store functions.

You will oversee merchandising, operations, staffing, training, and financials, partnering with district and regional teams to meet goals while maintaining strong partnerships and a high standard

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience with scheduling and reporting software.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Direct management and oversight of Store team to ensure policy implementation and initiatives.
• Ensure store team fulfills individual responsibilities and achieves performance standards.
• Coordinate merchandise placement, promotions and pricing with Merchandising.
• Review inventory, receiving, transfers, debits/damages, RTVs, and chargebacks for accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty; lead by example and uphold Burlington SOPs.
• Manage multi‑million‑dollar sales volume and expenses with reporting and records.
• Recruitment, screening and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Onboarding, coaching, and development activities for all team members.
• Handle personnel and associate relations issues.
• Payroll budgeting, workforce management and scheduling.
• Foster effective communication among store, district, and regional teams.
