Responsibilities

• Motivate store staff to deliver outstanding customer service—train, coach, and lead.
• Execute duties of sales associate and keyholder.
• Coordinate interview process: screenings, interviews, references.
• Forecast staffing needs to maintain appropriate staffing.
• Evaluate associate performance to improve service and sales.
• Develop skills to meet store goals through ongoing training.
• Complete payroll and time clock maintenance.
• Administer employee benefit enrollment and usage.
• Implement merchandising plans and maintain store appearance.
• Develop solutions to solve customer problems and business needs.
• Be available for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
