Job summary

Dry Goods USA is seeking a Store Manager in the United States to lead a team, drive sales, and maintain an engaging store environment. You will coach associates, schedule shifts, and ensure exceptional customer service while managing payroll and benefits administration.

You will oversee interviews, staffing forecasts, and performance feedback, while implementing merchandising plans and maintaining store appearance. A promote-from-within culture supports career growth.

Responsibilities

• Motivate store employees to deliver outstanding customer service – train, coach and lead by example
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and keyholder
• Coordinate the interview process: conduct screenings, interviews, and references
• Maintain appropriate staffing - forecast future staffing needs
• Assess associate performance to improve the quality of service and increase sales – provide feedback and performance evaluations
• Develop associate’s skills to meet store goals - conduct ongoing training for new and existing employees
• Complete payroll and time clock maintenance
• Administer employee benefit enrollment and usage
• Implement merchandising plans and monitor store's visual appearance and cleanliness
• Develop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and business needs
• Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts
