Job summary

Freeway Insurance Services America, LLC seeks a Store Manager to lead the sales team on site in Jennings, LA. You will drive daily performance, build relationships with customers, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional service.

You will also oversee operations, meet production targets, handle escalated issues, and contribute to a growth-focused culture with advancement opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires leadership, coaching, and mentoring sales teams.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team’s daily performance and targets.
• Grow business by building relationships with existing customers to meet goals.
• Coach sales team members to deliver consistent customer care.
• Oversee operations to achieve targets and monitor performance.
• Assist with escalated customer service issues and questions.
• Execute all aspects of Store Operational Excellence (SOE).
