Sunglass Hut in Sidney, NE is seeking a Store Manager to lead on the floor, model the Sunglass Hut Experience, and guide the team to deliver outstanding service. You will supervise daily store operations, coach staff, and align actions with sales goals and brand standards.

You will recruit and develop talent, maintain visual standards, handle promotions, and foster an inclusive, high-energy environment where customers feel valued and inspired to buy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of store operations.
