Qualifications

• Minimum High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of store operations.

Responsibilities

• Uses The Sunglass Hut Experience tools to deliver sales plan and objectives.
• Drives sales by identifying opportunities to hit store goals.
• Coaches, develops, and inspires the team to improve store performance.
• Leads by example to grow careers and retain talent.
• Recruits, hires, trains, and onboarding using provided tools.
• Develops individual development plans for staff.
• Maintains brand standards and an inspirational work environment.
