Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to hit financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and train store team through an 8+ week leadership training program to prepare you for success.
• Ensure standards for food quality, safety, and customer service are consistently met.
