Feet First Partners - Franchisee of The Good Feet Store is seeking a Store Manager who can lead a team, train staff, and deliver exceptional customer service while educating customers on arch support and fit.

You will analyze daily store data, drive sales, manage inventory, and maintain a positive, high‑performing environment across our locations, with a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) options.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience generating new business and meeting sales goals.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience in a customer-facing business.
• Ability to lead a team and participate in sales rotation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; store hours listed.

Responsibilities

• Consistently train and develop the team to meet goals through mentorship.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships.
• Analyze daily data and metrics to drive sales decisions.
• Educate customers on arch support and recommend suitable products.
• Assist customers in testing products for the right fit.
• Oversee all store operations, including inventory and rotation.
