Qualifications

• Five years of prior experience as a retail Store Manager in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills with experience developing high-performing teams.
• Commercially astute with ability to analyze reports and guide teams to improve performance.
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders and motivate a team to deliver excellent service.
• Strong planning and organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
